1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XDigital's website, portal, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

XDigital provides digital agency services including website development, social media management, and digital solutions on a subscription basis. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per project upon approval of your project request.

3. Accounts

To access the client portal, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Our services are offered on monthly subscription plans. Pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

5. Revisions

Revision limits depend on your subscription plan. Personal plans include 2 revisions per month. Business and Custom plans include unlimited revisions. Revisions must be requested through the client portal.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project. XDigital retains the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, libraries) are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

XDigital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all completed deliverables and project files. Access to the client portal will be revoked after the current billing period ends.
